Position Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Qualifications Education/Training/Certifications: Associate degree / Or Equivalent Experience plus High School Diploma / GED Related Experience : Minimum 2 years Technical Experience Knowledge/Skills Experience: Providing guidance and technical support to users of hardware and software. Installing or fixing hardware and software as needed. Troubleshooting user issues and resolving them promptly. Manning the help desk and responding to inquiries. Maintaining networks and computer systems to ensure optimal performance. Communicating effectively with cross-functional teams to address IT needs. Adapting to changing environments and learning new technologies. Following directions and being open to continuous learning. Lifting and moving equipment weighing 10-20 lbs as required. Travel Requirements: Ability to travel locally to company facilities in Graham, Burlington, and Mebane as needed.
