Our Privacy Statement describes how we will process and safeguard your personal data.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts research using LEXIS, Westlaw, or other relevant research platforms to support the needs of the client.</li>\n <li>Performs basic factual research and investigation related to client matters and other due diligence as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Collects, organizes, and maintains documents and files related to legal matters, including documents received from the client, opposing parties or other sources.</li>\n <li>Manages calendars, docket, and tickler systems, and assists in meeting deadlines.</li>\n <li>Drafts basic pleadings, assisting and responding to discovery request and production of documents, court filings (federal and state) along with preparing for trial.</li>\n <li>Ensures filings are in compliance with Texas court rules and e-filing documents therein.</li>\n <li>Proofreads legal documents.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires a minimum of five years of work experience as a litigation paralegal.</li>\n <li>Requires a keen attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Must have experience with both federal and Texas courts/rules.</li>\n <li>Must have experience with major case load/high volume of cases and strong organizational skills with case files.</li>\n <li>Experience with iManage preferred.</li>\n <li>Willingness and desire to work with innovative technology platforms - our employees also have access to Harvey, a legal-specific AI tool that reduces time spent on routine tasks, allowing you to focus on more meaningful, high-impact work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Have more questions?
