Today, worldwide more than 11,000 employees are working on this permanent challenge, at over 90 locations on all continents.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As In-house Service Engineer: individual would be responsible for Customer support, Engineer support, repair of Spectrometers, accessories and occasional local field service. The candidate must have good customer skills. The ability to travel, make travel arrangements, scheduling calls with customer and make decisions on repairs.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide phone and e-mail support to both customers and Bruker personnel.</li>\n <li>Issuing RMA numbers to customers.</li>\n <li>Logging and updating RMA in SAP  </li>\n <li>Contact the customers to inform them of the status of their repair.</li>\n <li>In-house repair of Spectrometer and accessories.</li>\n <li>Maintains and updates customer data in SAP.</li>\n <li>Assists in tasks related to ISO.</li>\n <li>Ensures customer satisfaction by on time response to customer requests.</li>\n <li>Must keep certifications current. (Validation and instrument training.)</li>\n <li>Provide on-site service as required.</li>\n <li>Expense reports, booking travel, processing service reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to carry out each essential duty satisfactorily. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between 71,000 USD and 113,000 USD and provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge, and travel requirements for this position.
