    "description": "<p>Red Nucleus is looking for an instructional designer with expertise in live and online workshop design and development. <br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities: </span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop robust, engaging, and effective instructor-led training and distance learning content, including but not limited to facilitator guides, participant guides, quick reference guides, and job aids</li>\n<li>Consult with clients and subject matter experts to understand content and subject complexities</li>\n<li>Deliver and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions</li>\n<li>Assist in the development of proposals and pitches for new business development purposes</li>\n<li>Review/revise training materials created by others for formatting, flow, and educational effectiveness </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, instructional design, or organizational development; or equivalent experience</li>\n<li>Experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and training strategies based on adult learning theory</li>\n<li>Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Ability to handle multiple and changing tasks, priorities, and deadlines</li>\n<li>Ability to thrive in a team environment</li>\n<li>High level of motivation, ability to deal with pressure, and adaptability</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry Pharmaceutical, medical device, and/or biotechnology sales training experience</li>\n<li>Experience writing content for online meeting/collaboration tools such as Adobe Connect, Blackboard, Centra, Dimdim, Fuze Meeting, GoToMeeting, Microsoft LiveMeeting, WebEx, and/or others a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Red Nucleus is an equal opportunity employer.
