Lewis Motor Co. is seeking <strong>experienced automotive service technicians</strong> to join our team. This position is <strong>not an entry-level or quick-lube role</strong>. We are looking for professionals who have a strong background in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repair across a variety of makes and models.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on customer vehicles.</p></li><li><p>Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and quality checks.</p></li><li><p>Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers regarding repairs, timelines, and costs.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</p></li><li><p>Keep accurate records of all services performed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1150\" id=\"isPasted\"><p data-start=\"1032\" data-end=\"1150\">Extensive knowledge of automotive systems: engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and electrical.</p></li><li data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1248\"><p data-start=\"1153\" data-end=\"1248\">Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, including use of computerized diagnostic tools.</p></li><li data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1336\"><p data-start=\"1251\" data-end=\"1336\">Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical bulletins.</p></li><li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1433\"><p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1433\">Proficient in performing complex repairs and maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency.</p></li><li data-start=\"1434\" data-end=\"1527\"><p data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1527\">Good communication skills for working with service advisors, team members, and customers.</p></li><li data-start=\"1528\" data-end=\"1605\"><p data-start=\"1530\" data-end=\"1605\">Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain a safe work environment.</p></li><li data-start=\"1606\" data-end=\"1641\"><p data-start=\"1608\" data-end=\"1641\">ASE certification(s) preferred.</p></li><li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1732\"><p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1732\">Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1732\"><p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1732\">Ability to pass background/MVR and hold a valid driver&#39;s license</p></li><li data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1732\"><p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1732\">Age 19 years or older</p></li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Due to the high volume of applications, we <strong>do not accept phone calls asking for status updates.</strong> You will be contacted if you are selected for an interview.</p></li><li><p>All communication regarding your application, interview, and employment will be conducted via <strong>email</strong>.
