font-size: 12pt\">Lead the implementation of the company’s EHS management systems in line with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide expert guidance and support to project teams across all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Monitor compliance with Irish and UK EHS legislation and company standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring actions are effectively closed out</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Drive incident investigations, ensuring root cause analysis and effective close-out of actions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support onboarding processes, including induction compliance and training verification</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Engage with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare and present EHS performance reports to senior management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; Safety / Environmental Management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in an EHS role within construction or a related industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of EHS legislation and best practices</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Professional membership (e.g. IOSH, IEMA, IIRSM) is desirable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience managing audits, inspections, and compliance systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
