Over three decades, our core values have shaped a supportive and creative environment that emphasizes employee engagement, technical excellence, and strong customer relationships. </span></p>\n<p><span>To learn more about who we are and what it’s like to work at GeoSpectrum, we invite you to watch our company video by visiting </span><span><a href=\"http://www.geospectrum.ca\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.geospectrum.ca</a></span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble, inspect, and test electronic components and sub-assemblies, including PCAs, wiring harnesses, and piezoelectric assemblies.</li>\n<li>Perform product testing and characterization using equipment such as spectrum analyzers, impedance analyzers, insulation resistance testers, and Hipot testers.</li>\n<li>Complete and maintain accurate build, test, and verification documentation, and assess product compliance with established quality standards.</li>\n<li>Maintain and update product documentation, including assembly and test procedures, to support consistent and reliable manufacturing processes.</li>\n<li>Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing group, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and consistency.</li>\n<li>Work safely within a dynamic manufacturing environment, following all safety practices, procedures, and required use of personal protective equipment.</li>\n<li>Support and ensure ongoing adherence to the company’s Quality Management System.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal technician or technology training from a recognized college or university.</li>\n<li>Experience with electrical or electronic assembly and testing of components and systems.</li>\n<li>Proven soldering skills with strong manual dexterity, including the ability to meet IPC‑A‑610 and IPC Class 3 standards.</li>\n<li>Experience with PCB assembly and testing or equipment designed for underwater applications is considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation, including wiring schematics and bills of materials (BoMs).</li>\n<li>Highly detail-oriented and well organized, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.</li>\n<li>Genuine interest in assembly, testing, and delivering high-quality products.</li>\n<li>Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a technical environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<p>Ability to wear personal protective equipment including safety shoes and a respirator.</p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Security Requirements</span></p>\n<p>All candidates must be eligible to apply for and maintain Canadian Controlled Goods and Canadian Government Security Clearances.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Total Rewards </span></p>\n<p>We recognize that our people are our most valuable asset.
