The job consists of providing maintenance services to the Phoenix fleet and related equipment. Responsible for acting in accordance with the policies and procedures of Phoenix Global and its customers.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assembles, dissembles, and repair mobile equipment and their system&rsquo;s components.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Tear down, replace, repair, and install equipment parts, components, and accessories.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Diagnoses and determines failure or disruption of mobile equipment and their systems.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Diagnose mechanical problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and adjust.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Compliance with all Phoenix Safety Policies &amp; Procedures, including wearing specific Personal Protective Equipment required for various job functions.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Housekeeping and safe handling of materials and equipment must always be exercised.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Exercise and implement proper lifting and carrying techniques when moving packaging materials.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Planning work schedules and resource deployment</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performing quality control and quality assurance&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Performing general and preventative maintenance on Transportation units (e.g., excavators, loaders, transport vehicles, etc.) into service.&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Handling components, modules, and systems of Transportation units&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Documentation of all completed work&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Tracking of all parts and lubricant consumed.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Observing relevant safety, accident prevention and environmental regulations</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\"><u><br></u></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Mechanical aptitude</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Knowledge of heavy equipment</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, braking systems, electrical systems, drivelines, steering mechanisms, and suspensions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb or crawl under or on top of equipment.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Ability to manipulate components in hard-to-reach places with hands or tools.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot; Good verbal and written communication skills.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&middot;
