    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>New Millennium\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Produce accurate fabrication bills of material and erection plans for use in fabricating and erecting New Millennium products on large, heavy structural, deck only projects.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare deck layout plans and sections using AutoCAD</li>\n <li>Prepare RFI’s and coordinate project details with customers, steel detailers, engineers and others</li>\n <li>Detail projects with multiple submittals and sequences with extended project building time-frames.</li>\n <li>Handle multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, production driven environment</li>\n <li>Meet schedules for assigned projects</li>\n <li>Other duties as necessary</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Required</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Fluent with AutoCAD</li>\n <li>Ability to visualize how elements fit together in 3D when working with 2D drawings</li>\n <li>Willingness to go beyond typical duties to assist co-workers and customers</li>\n <li>CAD related degrees and/or experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior structural, joist, and/or deck detailing experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </strong></em></p>",
