This role involves working with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of residential or commercial windows.</p><ul><li><p>Assemble window frames, sashes, screens, and related components following production instructions.</p></li><li><p>Use hand tools and power tools to cut, fit, and secure materials.</p></li><li><p>Measure and verify dimensions to ensure accuracy and compliance with product specifications.</p></li><li><p>Inspect parts and finished products for defects or quality issues; report any discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>Install hardware such as locks, hinges, balances, and handles.</p></li><li><p>Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, and blueprints.</p></li><li><p>Safely operate machinery and follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient workflow.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with production team members to meet daily output goals.</p></li><li><p>Perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting on assembly equipment as needed.</p></li><li><p>Fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.</p></li><li><p>Frequent standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with tools or machinery.</p></li><li><p>May be exposed to noise, dust, or temperature variations depending on the facility.</p></li></ul>",
