    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Qualified candidates will have a BSCE degree, Arizona Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer, or the ability to obtain same through reciprocity, plus a minimum of fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development. Qualified candidates will also have a minimum of ten (10) years of management experience supervising the work of engineers, designers, and other project support staff.</p><p>Candidates for this position must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>Strong independent thought and decision-making abilities</li><li>Establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public-agency personnel, and in-house staff</li><li>High level leadership, management ability, and seasoned time management</li><li>High level respect and confidence from co-workers to public agencies</li><li>High level competence in written and oral communication</li></ul><p>Candidates managerial experience must include the following:</p><ul><li>Supervision of engineering design teams</li><li>Management of project schedules and budgets</li><li>Preparation and management of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work</li><li>Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions</li><li>Accepts and carries out responsibility for the design team&#39;s direction, control and planning; sets realistic goals, and makes plans independently</li></ul><p>Candidates technical experience must include the following:</p><ul><li>Site assessment and the ability to perform engineering design studies</li><li>Preparation/processing of all related improvement plans in support of private land development projects</li><li>Ability to perform constructability reviews and site construction conformance evaluations</li><li>Experienced in construction support services</li><li>AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam experience</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills:</strong></p><p>Possesses working knowledge of:</p><ul><li>Business and management principles associated with strategic planning</li><li>Resource allocation</li><li>Leadership techniques</li><li>Production procedures</li><li>Interview, and hiring methods</li><li>The coordination of people</li><li>Exhibits a thorough understanding of jurisdictional processing</li></ul><p>Demonstrated and meaningful involvement with community and industry organizations related to marketing opportunities and relationship building</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
