    "description": "<p><span>Job Summary:</span></p>\n<p><span>The Order Filler will support the operation to pull and sequence the orders received in a efficient timely manner to meet the shipping deadlines.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Shifts -</span></p>\n<p><span>1st shift:  Mon - Thurs 7:00am to 6:30pm / Friday 8:30am to 11:00pm </span></p>\n<p><span>2nd shift: Mon - Wed 6:30pm to 7:00am / Thurs 6:30pm to 8:30am / Sun 10:30pm to 7:00am</span></p>\n<p><span>Saturdays - As needed by customer demand.  </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Supervisory Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>None.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>Duties/Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Receives incoming orders and selects the correct part from the warehouse and loads into dollies for staging the sequence order.</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepares and maintains records of materials received and shipped including dates of transactions, locations, and other pertinent information.</span></li>\n<li><span>When problems arise, resolve issues with Supervisors and Leadership.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Collects and properly disposes of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping; maintains a safe and clean work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br>Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.</span></li>\n<li><span>Efficiency, accuracy, and speed.</span></li>\n<li><span>Outstanding attendance and punctuality</span></li>\n<li><span>Multi-tasking</span></li>\n<li><span>Time management skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Team player with strong communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen and background. </span></li>\n<li><span>Steel Toe shoes required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>At least two years of related experience in warehousing or manufacturing required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Must be able to lift 20-25 pounds at a time.</span></li>\n<li><span>Having the ability to push, pull, lift, bend and stand throughout the shift. </span></li>\n<li><span>Must wear safety gear, such as gloves when handling box cutters or similar tools.</span></li>\n</ul>",
