    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>Position Overview&nbsp;</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Millennia Housing Management is looking for experienced security professionals that possess superior customer service skills. &nbsp;This role will support the daily property operations of the apartment complex in maintain a safe and secure property for our residents.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Essential Functions and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform security patrols of external and internal areas of locations.</li><li>Assist with property move ins, rent collection, and daily resident needs<strong>.</strong></li><li>Provide appropriate assistance to residents, guests, and visitors expediently and professionally while adhering to company and building policies.</li><li>Assure prompt and positive action on all complaints, questions, and concerns.</li><li>Always maintain visual contact with entry points when not interacting with residents, guests, or visitors.</li><li>Monitor activity on each residential floor hourly through foot patrols on the entire building/property.</li><li>Ensure visitors, messengers, and vendors follow access control procedures according to building and Millennia policy.</li><li>Control after-hour access to the property through the admittance process.</li><li>Screen guests and visitors efficiently to expedite their admittance to the property.</li><li>Monitors security cameras and informs and addresses any suspicious activities appropriately.</li><li>Maintain constant surveillance of all access areas providing maximum visibility.
