    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>MAG Aerospace is looking for a cleared Acquisition Analyst to support an Army Product Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA.  Position requires knowledge of the Defense Acquisition System and demonstrated skills in managing cost, schedule, performance in a program office; product life cycle management; project team management; and preparing acquisition and contracting documents. Secret clearance required.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Duties include, but not limited to:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute acquisition management across an entire product line</li>\n <li>Coordinate products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases</li>\n <li>Prepare, configure, and staff all Milestone documentation</li>\n <li>Prepare Acquisition and Contracting documents (e.g., J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F)</li>\n <li>Assist with determining contracting strategy, prepare contracting documents, and coordinate activities with Army Contracting Command</li>\n <li>Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations</li>\n <li>Participate in product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations</li>\n <li>Assist in providing contract oversight for assigned products</li>\n <li>Maintain and manage the program budget and master schedule</li>\n <li>Identify cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs</li>\n <li>Lead and oversee preparation of Supply Requests Packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment</li>\n <li>Develop and draft Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other acquisition documents</li>\n <li>Work with contracting personnel to achieve desired contracted outcome</li>\n <li>Maintain configuration control</li>\n <li>Prepare plans for product risk mitigation</li>\n <li>Perform acquisition planning tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Active Secret Security Clearance</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree and >12 years of experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02, Defense Acquisition System, JCIDS</li>\n</ul>\n<p>PREFERRED</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience supporting US Army product management office<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Note</strong></p>\n<p>The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.</p>\n<h2>Special Note</h2>\n<p>The position is contingent upon candidate’s ability to meet physical and medical requirements as needed by the position; including compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local jurisdictional requirements.</p>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>At MAG Aerospace, we value your contributions providing our employees with a robust Total Rewards package that supports your total well-being.
