  "BriefDescription": "The Intake Specialist role provides frontline intake services to members joining New Freedom’s Intensive Outpatient Program. The Intake Specialist is one of the initial points of contact to ensure members have a positive and successful entry into our facility. This position is accountable for reviewing eligibility and program expectations prior to members meeting with their assigned clinical workers. This position requires a thorough understanding of the company’s philosophy of treatment, admission processes, and program criteria. A basic knowledge of substance abuse and dual diagnosis is also required. This role is responsible for ensuring that clinical and administrative intake services are provided for clients in partnership with the clinical team and other cross functional departments.",
