This is a leadership role that stays close to the business</li></ul><p><em>Ensure Quality &amp; Field Execution</em></p><ul><li>Maintain high standards for HVAC installation and service work</li><li>Audit field work and subcontractor performance</li><li>Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><em>Run the Business</em></p><ul><li>Manage service department financials, including budgeting and performance tracking</li><li>Analyze operational data to drive better decisions and outcomes</li><li>Optimize inventory, equipment, and resource allocation across locations</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What Makes This Role Different<br></strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>True ownership</strong> of a regional HVAC service business, not just oversight</li><li>Ability to <strong>build and shape operations across multiple markets</strong></li><li>High visibility with senior leadership and direct impact on growth</li><li>A role that blends <strong>strategy and hands-on leadership</strong></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">5 to7+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience</li><li>Proven success leading teams in a field-based or service environment</li><li>Prior supervisory or team lead experience required; strong leadership presence and ability to develop others</li><li>Ability to improve processes, drive performance, and lead through change</li><li>Strong operational and financial acumen (P&amp;L experience preferred)</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and installation practices</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Excellent communication skills, customer service focus, and ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Ability to operate with urgency, take ownership, and make decisions that support both quality and customer satisfaction</li><li id=\"isPasted\">EPA certification required.
