We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Technical Designer to support the development and production of apparel and branded merchandise, including jackets, hoodies, shirts, outerwear, hats, windbreakers, and other garments and textiles.</p><p>This role bridges creative design and manufacturing execution. The Associate Technical Designer will be responsible for creating accurate tech packs, translating design concepts into production-ready specifications, and collaborating closely with vendors to ensure quality, fit, and brand consistency.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Develop detailed tech packs for apparel and merchandise, including measurements, construction details, materials, trims, and finishing specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Translate creative concepts and design sketches into production-ready garments and patterns.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Collaborate with design, product development, and external manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of designs.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Review and approve samples (proto, fit, PP samples), providing clear and actionable feedback to vendors.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\" lang=\"EN-US\" class=\"TextRun SCXW94268213 BCX0\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW94268213 BCX0\">Ensure consistency in fit, sizing, and construction standards across product categories.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Maintain and update spec sheets, grading, and measurement standards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Troubleshoot production issues and recommend solutions to improve quality and efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery of samples and production milestones.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Conduct quality control checks to ensure finished products meet AriZona brand standards.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Support the expansion of AriZona&rsquo;s apparel line by contributing to process improvements and technical innovation.
