They demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Provide on-site job coaching, training, and follow-up support to promote long-term employment success.</li><li>Advocate for workplace accommodations and encourage self-advocacy and confidence.</li><li>Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation of services and individual progress.</li><li>Maintaining well-written documentation of support provided.</li></ul><strong>Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Ability to establish trusting relationships with individuals and community employers</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities</li><li>ACRE OR CESP certification preferred</li><li>High school diploma required</li><li>Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred</li><li>Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required</li><li>Willingness to travel up to 45 minutes to one hour between client locations</li></ul><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong><ul><li>Competitive salary with opportunities for commission and bonuses </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Significant opportunities for growth within a supportive, mission-driven organization</li><li>Full-time work</li></ul>",
