In this role, you will drive to various locations within a specified area to service washroom equipment. Service is the heart of our business, so this candidate must have the ability to work efficiently and effectively, while building and maintaining positive customer relationships. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>In this position you will be responsible for:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Complete daily service route effectively while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.</li><li>Perform duties by sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching. In addition, perform lifting/pushing/pulling &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;between 30 and 60lbs. on a frequent basis during work shift.</li><li>Ensure all services are completed to customer&rsquo;s standard and they are satisfied.</li><li>Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes are adjusted or changed.</li><li>Provide routine feedback to Service Supervisor and Director of Service with any customer concerns.</li><li>Develop positive relationships within current accounts while providing feedback to sales team on how new services could further support their facility&rsquo;s needs.</li><li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of services offered, and how to install, remove, service and maintain equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>Rochester Midland Corporation (RMC) is a leading manufacturer and global supplier of specialty chemicals for food sanitation, water treatment, legionella control, facility maintenance, washroom hygiene services and industrial cleaning.&nbsp;Our WellBeing Hygiene division provides services to the customer&rsquo;s facility via a scheduled frequency visits.
