    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">Check specification paper for accuracy. Ensuring lot number, use by date, batch code and number, and weights are correct.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Set-up printer, weight checker machine and x-ray machine.</li><li>Perform x-ray and weight check test every hour.</li><li>Prepare and transfer information of the product into computer.</li><li>At the beginning of the run, take fist two packages off the line to perform test.</li><li>Check product&rsquo;s weight. Measure temperature, salt, volume, drain weight, and noodle weight (if required). Check seal integrity using plier and measure the width of the seal area.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform Conductivity test&nbsp;</li><li>After line finish, correct the data from computer by printing it out, ensure to save all the information. Test x-ray and weight checker at the end of the production.</li><li>At the beginning of the day, check and ensure all scale in facility works properly.</li><li>Check temperature of all incubators, freezers, cooler. Ensure the temperature is in the acceptable range.</li><li>Perform evaluation on products from previous day production. By check at appearance, smell, tasting.</li><li>Collect and send samples for laboratory test and customers as required</li><li>Perform acid test for seal integrity.</li><li>Ensure quality of product based on position responsibilities</li></ul><ul><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications &nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Accurate completion of paperwork.</li><li>Effective math skills.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li><li>Interpersonal and team skills for working with employees at all levels within the company.</li><li>Ability to lift on a continuing basis.</li><li>Ability to operate a pallet jack.</li><li>Ability to work in a safe manner in a production environment with safety hazards.</li><li>Ability to tolerate fluctuating temperatures in a loud noise production environment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Physical Demands of the Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee must be able to see, speak, hear, read, walk, and stand, walk, reach with hands and arms. &nbsp;for long periods. The employee must be able to pull, push, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, balance, and lift in excess of 50 lbs.
