Create and keep track of reports, logs, inventory, and other administrative-related items per supervisor&#39;s request. You will also provide excellent client service as there will be high interaction.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Perform the installation, adjustment, and operation of audiovisual equipment such as cameras, lights, video conference systems, audio, and microphones for client events.</p><p>Plan all aspects of video production through computer and audio-visual equipment.</p><p>Provide audio-visual training to clients and other audio-visual technicians.</p><p>Cross-train backup technicians.</p><p>Report to the A/V Production Manager and/or Operations Manager Operations Manager in all aspects of their operations.</p><p>Evaluate equipment specifications and requests, make recommendations to our customers and Operations Managers on new equipment and maintenance requests</p><p>Works on assigned tasks from the AV production Manager and/or Operations Manager</p><p>Be able to operate and troubleshoot projectors, video switching equipment, audio equipment (amps, mixers), microphone devices, PCs, and Video Conferencing systems (Tandberg/ Polycom).</p><p>Be able to perform routine maintenance and ensure A/V equipment is clean and organized.</p><p>Reconfigure furniture within conference/meeting rooms and ensure all necessary preparations for scheduled events are completed promptly.</p><p>Perform pre-event checks on A/V systems to ensure the event will have fully operating equipment before the scheduled start.</p><p>Interface with clients and event coordinators on site regarding specific situations and clarify minor event items.</p><p>Provide outstanding customer service by establishing excellent working relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.</p><p>Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish day-to-day goals and perform a variety of tasks.</p><p>Work under general supervision, and report to the designated supervisor</p><p>Maintains a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment.</p><p><br></p><p>REQUIREMENTS</p><p>High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelors degree is preferred.</p><p>5+ years of experience in the A/V Technology field.</p><p>Audio Visual Technician (AVT) certification or desire to attain is required.</p><p>Must have knowledge or experience with most of the following: setup, testing, use, maintenance, and configuration of audio mixers, digital signal processing, flat panel TV s/Monitors, projectors, projector screens, touch panels control systems, control system processors, room control (lights, monitors, audio systems, etc.) and networking infrastructure as it pertains to audio/visual use.</p><p>Must be able to provide outstanding customer service to clients with &ldquo;white glove&rdquo; level service.
