With the Manager, leads a team of exempt and non-exempt employees.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:&nbsp;</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Provide leadership support to frontline supervisors, manage exempt and hourly employees.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with development of practices and procedures to support achievement of department and Company KPI&rsquo;s.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor inventory of packaging materials and full goods, oversee physical counts/audits, and ensure adherence to internal policy.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist manager with planning, forecasting, and control of budget to include labor planning and utilization.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage all on-board forklift scanners, radios, cradles and WMS equipment.</li><li>Maintain all policies to remain complaint with internal, federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for compliance with GMP, Fire codes, sanitation, pest control, OSHA., FDA and TTB.</li><li>Assist with designing and maintaining warehouse layouts and workflows.</li><li>Manage spotting services.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage drop trailer lots.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage production material recycling program.&nbsp;</li><li>Support other operations departments as needed.</li><li>Serve as WMS &ldquo;Super User&rdquo; as primary point of contact for any issues with the system.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Minimum Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>B.S. in Business, Supply Chain Management or related preferred.
