As a key member of the site leadership team, the Production Manager plays a critical role in operational excellence, continuous improvement, and site culture.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance site culture by actively engaging employees, reinforcing safety and accountability, and leading by example</li>\n <li>Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing operations 24/7, ensuring the safe and consistent production of high‑quality products across all manufacturing and packaging lines.</li>\n <li>Foster a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with environmental, health, safety, and process safety requirements.</li>\n <li>Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and cost performance.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong field presence to reinforce expectations, engage employees, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.</li>\n <li>Lead, develop, and retain a skilled operations workforce through effective coaching, performance management, and succession planning.</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents and near misses, ensuring timely corrective actions and implementation of operational learnings.</li>\n <li>Set operational priorities, remove barriers, and partner with technical and maintenance teams to resolve operational challenges.</li>\n <li>Prepare and manage operating budgets and support development, and execution of capital improvement plans.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Maintenance, and other functions to meet customer demand and business objectives.</li>\n <li>Manage and coordinate contract labor resources to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant performance.</li>\n <li>Communicate site performance, risks, and improvement plans to leadership and stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) <strong>or</strong> equivalent manufacturing leadership experience.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing levels of leadership responsibility.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of industrial safety, process safety, and quality systems.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading teams, managing change, and driving continuous improvement.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to build trust, influence across functions, and develop high‑performing teams.</li>\n <li>High personal integrity with a commitment to safety, ethics, and inclusive leadership.</li>\n</ul>",
