The Business Development Analyst reports directly to the Vice President of Business Development with oversight from the Vice President of Marketing and Communications and is a part of a highly collaborative team that works in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion development of indicative and detailed financial models, including utility savings projections and pro forma P&L economics</li>\n <li>Translate technical inputs (energy savings, ECMs, load profiles) into financial outputs (cash flow, payback, P&L impact)</li>\n <li>Synthesize complex analyses into clear, concise takeaways for both technical and non-technical audience</li>\n <li>Contribute to sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling to support client decision-making</li>\n <li>Develop polished, client-ready materials including presentations, executive summaries, and memos</li>\n <li>Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of diligence materials</li>\n <li>Create materials for recurring internal and client meetings (origination and milestone tracking)</li>\n <li>Drives accountability by monitoring and ensuring on-time completion of action items and deliverables for all stakeholdersOrchestrates collaboration among engineering, financial analytics, project management, capital markets, and operations teams to ensure seamless project advancement</li>\n <li>Collaborate on recurring internal and client - facing meetings, including origination and milestone tracking workstreams</li>\n <li>Gathers needed information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support .client-facing materials, including RFQ/RFP responses, presentations, and other written deliverables</li>\n <li>Develop and deliver tailored messaging that clearly articulates value, risk transfer, and strategic alignment</li>\n <li>Ensures optimal organization, presentation, and articulation of solution or qualifications in RFQ/ RFP responses and oversees incorporation of key messaging that clarifies the strengths of ENFRA's offer, including any differentiators.</li>\n <li>Reviews proposal content for clarity, consistency, and responsiveness to RFP/RFQ requirements.</li>\n <li>Ensures high-quality written materials by rigorously proofreading and editing for clarity, correctness, and consistency.</li>\n <li>Research and gather information on clients, potential clients, project opportunities, utility programs, and targeted markets to obtain leads</li>\n <li>Research financial, industry, and competitor trends</li>\n <li>Stay informed on regulatory, tax credit (e.g., ITC), and market dynamics impacting EaaS adoption</li>\n <li>Utilize and maintain all aspects of EWay CRM, including internal milestone tracking and prospective client engagement</li>\n <li>Attends regular meetings to discuss business development strategies</li>\n <li>Attend networking opportunities at industry organization events such as HFMA and Becker’s Conference</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering , Marketing, Communications, or related field.</li>\n <li>3+ years’ experience in banking, accounting, not-for-profit healthcare, or real estate industry</li>\n <li>Excellent written/verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</li>\n <li>Professional interpersonal skills – there is significant interaction with all levels of staff</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education and Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Financial modeling experience preferred</li>\n <li>Interest in energy, infrastructure, sustainability or healthcare</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Environmental Conditions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Quiet environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $88,380.00 - USD $117,970.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
