    "description": "<p>Atlas Excavating is hiring an experienced <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pipe Foreman</span> to lead underground utility crews on heavy civil projects <em>across Central Indiana</em>. We are a long-established contractor founded in 1981, and we specialize in the kind of work that requires real field leadership: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">deep sewer installation, wet excavation, rock removal, dewatering, live sewer connections, and bypass pumping</span>. Atlas’s edge is not low price.
