This role ensures the secure, compliant execution of certificate lifecycle management activities in accordance with DoD/NSS PKI policy while maintaining readiness for audits and Mission Essential Services.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead day‑to‑day RA operations across the Federal DoD enterprise</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform and oversee Certification Authority Administration activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure proper identity proofing and certificate issuance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage certificate revocation, renewal, and key recovery processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead RA/LRA audit coordination and remediation efforts</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide senior‑level technical guidance to RA and LRA staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support continuity and mission‑essential PKI operations</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications/Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum <strong>8 years</strong> of PKI or information security experience</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Active Secret</strong> security clearance</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Security+</strong> (or equivalent) certification</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">DoD/NSS PKI Registration Authority Certification</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">DoD/NSS PKI Key Recovery Agent Certification</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
