For more information, visit cadmusgroup.com.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>In this role, you will support training & exercise (T&E) leadership with:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design planning and preparatory aspects of the T&E process</li>\n <li>Scheduling T&E meetings and lead team communications</li>\n <li>Developing T&E documentation / materials</li>\n <li>Preparing for planning meetings</li>\n <li>Executing discussion-based and operations-based exercises</li>\n <li>Coordinating development of post-exercise lessons learned and develop action item reports and improvement plans</li>\n <li>Communicating professionally (oral and written) with colleagues and clients, in varying time zones</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>More than 2 years of Training & Exercise experience in the US Federal and/or State and Local space</li>\n <li>BS/BA degree</li>\n <li><strong>Active TS clearance and SCI eligible - US Citizenship is required</strong></li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking and analytical skills</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n <li>Prior consulting/professional services experience working</li>\n <li>Prior experience supporting T&E activities and leading specific tasks</li>\n <li>Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>\n <li>Demonstrated data analytics and visualizations skills using statistical and analytical software (GIS, Tableau, Excel, etc.)</li>\n <li>Some domestic travel may be required (typically no more than 10%)  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Based on eligibility and job status, Cadmus offers an excellent benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, company paid disability and life insurance, 401(k) program, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, voluntary time off (VTO), tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance program, other optional benefits and various bonus programs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000.
