    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Project Associate to join our research team, this is a hybrid position. This position supports a variety of research and project management activities, including data coordination, technical writing, and logistics for project implementation. The Project Associate plays a key role in supporting research initiatives, ensuring high-quality documentation, and facilitating collaboration across internal teams and external partners. Occasional travel and flexibility to meet project deadlines may be required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Chestnut Health Systems™ is a leading provider of integrated health care services. We provide fully integrated care for all our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Chestnut also conducts research and training throughout the U.S.A.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain project files, including recruitment materials, literature reviews, data products, and data sharing agreements</li>\n <li>Perform technical writing and editing for peer-reviewed publications, presentations, grant proposals, reports, and intervention materials</li>\n <li>Conduct research and internet searches to support project needs, including guidelines, reference materials, and logistical planning</li>\n <li>Assist in preparing, compiling, and organizing materials for reports, meetings, and trainings</li>\n <li>Support project file management, ensuring accurate organization and distribution of documents</li>\n <li>Assist with basic qualitative and quantitative data analysis in collaboration with research team members</li>\n <li>Coordinate logistics for data collection and intervention activities, including scheduling, communications, travel, and venue arrangements</li>\n <li>Support participant engagement activities, including consent processes and communication</li>\n <li>Collaborate with project leadership to develop and implement research protocols and ensure consistency across team members</li>\n <li>Assist with cross-training staff on project procedures and protocols</li>\n <li>Travel as needed to support project activities, meetings, and trainings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree in social sciences <strong>OR</strong> Bachelor’s degree with relevant research experience</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience in research support, project coordination, or related field</li>\n <li>Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills</li>\n <li>Experience with technical writing and editing preferred</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general research tools</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities</li>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Are you intrigued by this job but don’t meet every single requirement?
