    "description": "<p>The Assembly Operator will read and decipher schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions and positions or aligns components and parts manually, then using hand tools and machines to assemble parts. The Operator uses glues, solder, and mechanical fastening devices to connect sub-assemblies together, performs quality checks on completed components, and updates workflow documents.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n\t<li>Solder, braze and assemble high quality/high reliability electro-mechanical assemblies for the military and commercial markets. In addition, process, inspect, test, audit and perform surveillance to insure parts, finished product and processes meet visual, dimensional, mechanical and/or electrical specifications.</li>\r\n\t<li>Read and understand work instructions.</li>\r\n\t<li>Solder small to large components parts.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assemble components using screws, nuts, washers, and various hand tools.</li>\r\n\t<li>Brazing in hydrogen furnace.</li>\r\n\t<li>Cleaning soldered parts and boards in vapor degreaser.</li>\r\n\t<li>Process, inspect, test, brand, package and ship finished product.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain legible and accurate quality records.
