This position requires hands-on technical work, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a field crew.<br data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1286\">You will collaborate with team members, follow project schedules, and help ensure high-quality, watertight roofing installations.</p><p data-start=\"1024\" data-end=\"1415\"><br></p><h2 data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1443\"><strong data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1443\">What You&rsquo;ll Do</strong></h2><ul data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"2219\"><li data-start=\"1445\" data-end=\"1569\"><p data-start=\"1447\" data-end=\"1569\">Install and repair roofing systems including EPDM, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal Flashing, and Built-Up roofing.</p></li><li data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1668\"><p data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1668\">Assist with installation of vapor barriers, insulation layers, and roof system components.</p></li><li data-start=\"1669\" data-end=\"1755\"><p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1755\">Measure, cut, and apply membranes, flashing, shingles, tiles, and other materials.</p></li><li data-start=\"1756\" data-end=\"1831\"><p data-start=\"1758\" data-end=\"1831\">Perform roof inspections to verify quality, safety, and watertightness.</p></li><li data-start=\"1832\" data-end=\"1918\"><p data-start=\"1834\" data-end=\"1918\">Support the installation of skylights, gutters, and exterior drainage systems.</p></li><li data-start=\"1919\" data-end=\"2002\"><p data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"2002\">Safely remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new installations.</p></li><li data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2083\"><p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2083\">Mentor and assist less experienced team members to support crew development.</p></li><li data-start=\"2084\" data-end=\"2170\"><p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2170\">Use company tools, software, and technology to follow schedules and project plans.</p></li><li data-start=\"2171\" data-end=\"2219\"><p data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2219\">Travel out of state for projects, as required.</p></li></ul><h2 data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2260\"><br></h2><h2 data-start=\"2226\" data-end=\"2260\"><strong data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2260\">Qualifications &amp;
