    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div>\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n    <link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\" />\n\n    <div class=\"fr-view\">\n      <p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>The goal of the Staff Accountant is to assist in keeping the accounting and other financial policies of the company up to standard, ensuring accurate financial reporting and control.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assists in the preparation of financial statements</li><li>Assists in the formulation of internal controls and policies</li><li>Prepares journal entries</li><li>Reconciles accounts</li><li>Participates in monthly and annual closings</li><li>Performs account analysis</li><li>Assists in the preparation of budgets</li><li>Assists in the preparation of forecasts&nbsp;</li><li>Participates in preparation of annual audit workpapers</li><li>Other duties as required</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Entry level to 3 years&rsquo; experience</li><li>Solid knowledge of GAAP</li><li>Strong project management skills</li><li>Possess excellent communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of data analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in MS Office as well an ability to learn proprietary software</li><li>Must be self-sufficient, motivated and capable of out of box thinking</li><li>BS/BA in accounting is required</li><li>Professional certification is a plus (CPA or CMA)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience using Winteam ERP system a plus</li><li>Experience working with FP&amp;A applications a plus but not required</li></ul><p><br></p><p>About Brosnan Risk Consultants, LTD:</p><p><br>&nbsp;Founded in 1996 by Patrick J.
