Mitigating risks and managing QC can be challenging, but your organizational and interpersonal skills are up to the test.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">You have experience supporting and leading other quality assurance specialists though every stage of a project. You’re a team player who can work together with other disciplines to deliver the best possible digital solutions. Most importantly, you have an unparalleled enthusiasm for technology and innovation, and are eager and effective at incorporating emerging technology.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Through working closely with our content creation studios, you have a wholistic view of all the projects to ensure excellent quality control. As a self-starter, you work with the team from a project’s creation, to its archival. You apply your Quality Control skills to production outputs large and small including video executions, mobile applications HTML banners and digital products. font-family: helvetica; font-weight: bold;\">You Will:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Monitor production compliance to provided standards and guidelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Perform Quality control checks such as checking for copy alignment, spelling, technical specification alignment, and technical errors on outputs produced</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Manage QC requirements and risk analysis by enforcing and improving the workflow</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Attend daily and weekly meetings with production and post-production teams to gather QC requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Execute planning, scoping and estimation of QC efforts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Attend scheduling and kick-off calls to ensure accurate QC estimates have been provided and track incoming projects/timelines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Write test plans and onboarding documents for new accounts </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Communicate day-to-day tasks to Quality Control Specialists</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Assist with task prioritization for Quality Control Specialists as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Mentor Quality Control Specialists by sharing best practices and hosting knowledge-share sessions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Be available to answer questions from Quality Control Specialists about the day-to-day work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Monitor e-mail inbox and communication channels for incoming work</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Report QC project status to Design Supervisors, Producers, and QC Director</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Organize, track, and ensure quality of final files before delivery to trafficking team or clients</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Maintain and develop internal QC status tracking documents</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Escalate risks and solutions to Quality Control Director</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Assist with data ingest and file archival on our various cloud tools and servers alongside the Asset Management team as needed</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica; font-weight: bold;\">You Have:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Advanced English level (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">3+ years in an advertising agency or other production or post-production studio</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Leadership skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Strong communication skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Knowledge of editing video and audio in software including Davinci Resolve &amp; Premiere</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Broad knowledge of Adobe Suite software including but not limited to Photoshop &amp; After Effects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Understanding of video delivery specs and exporting standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Strong organizational skills with experience in video file sharing</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Data ingest and management experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: helvetica;\">Strong sense of catalog organization and file naming convention to manage file storage</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;
