    "description": "<p><span><span>We are looking for an Asset Champion to support the Rail Division’s technical and operational teams by managing the end-to-end asset validation process.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>This role </span><span>is responsible for</span><span> ensuring that all assets captured through our works management system are </span><span>accurate</span><span>, </span><span>validated</span><span>, and </span><span>submitted</span><span> to the client in the required contractual format</span><span>. You will </span><span>maintain</span><span> the integrity of the asset register, ensuring all reactive and planned works are linked to valid assets and that any newly identified or installed assets are correctly recorded.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>Working closely with the CAD team, BDUs, operational managers, and the client, you will ensure alignment between system data, site records, and approved drawings. </span><span>Teamleaf</span><span> will be used as the primary platform for asset capture and management, with outputs aligned to client systems and reporting requirements.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm </span></p>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Manage the asset validation process across reactive and planned workstreams.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Ensure all work orders are linked to valid assets on the latest approved register.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Create, update, and retire assets based on verified site information and project works.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work alongside the CAD team to ensure asset data aligns with approved drawings.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Collate and </span><span>submit</span><span> asset data to the client in the required contractual format.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Identify</span><span> and resolve gaps, duplications, and inaccuracies within the asset register.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Liaise with BDUs and operational teams to improve asset capture and reporting quality.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support the client in improving asset register structure and data quality where </span><span>required</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain data integrity between </span><span>Teamleaf</span><span>, internal reporting tools, and client systems.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Provide guidance to operational teams on correct asset recording procedures.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Support operational and commercial reporting by ensuring asset-linked data is </span><span>accurate</span><span> and sent </span><span>in a timely manner</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills and Experience Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience managing asset data, registers, or technical records within rail, utilities, or infrastructure.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data validation.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Understanding of the relationship between site data, asset registers, and CAD drawings.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience using job or asset management systems (</span><span>Teamleaf</span><span> or similar desirable).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to work collaboratively with operational, technical, commercial, and client stakeholders.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Good understanding of contractual data and reporting requirements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proactive in </span><span>identifying</span><span> and resolving data quality issues.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span><span>Must be familiar with MS Excel </span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif;
