    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<h2>This Opportunity</h2><p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a <strong>Project Manager</strong> for our <strong>Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (HJAIA)</strong> office.</p><p>Be involved in projects with our <strong>Aviation PM Team</strong> and be part of a growing organization that meets our clients’ objectives and solves their challenges.</p><h2>Your Impact</h2><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Establish program requirements for assigned projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders</li><li>Monitor and review draft and final deliverables for adherence to project requirements</li><li>Track and follow up on applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and project commitments</li><li>Represent the owner in negotiations related to scope, cost, schedule, and contract matters</li><li>Facilitate regular project meetings to review status, risks, and action items</li><li>Plan, direct, supervise, and manage all business, technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects.</li><li>Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management, including key milestones and risks impacting cost or schedule.</li><li>Demonstrate a relentless focus on finding solutions, navigating challenges in a live operational environment, and driving issues to resolution to keep projects moving forward.</li></ul><h2>Who You Are</h2><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or similar designation.</li><li>10+ years of construction and/or project management experience.</li><li>Proven experience operating in a project management or leadership capacity.</li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively in field environments.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of current technologies and tools used in project delivery.</li><li>Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening.</li><li>This role is subject to a client-mandated drug and alcohol testing policy, including random testing.</li><li>This position is contingent upon client approval.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>PMP Certification.</li><li>Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.</li><li>Experience managing construction in active/operational environments (e.g., airports or similar facilities).</li><li>Familiarity with local municipalities, codes, and federal and state regulations.</li></ul><p>#LI-AC1</p>",
