This position ensures all production meets company quality standards, GMPs, and State/Federal regulations while maintaining product sterility, safety, and efficiency.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Operate VTIS processing systems (Systems 1–4 and Stork) according to SOPs and manufacturer standards</li><li>Batch and mix products to exact specifications using batch sheets and formulations</li><li>Monitor temperatures, pressures, and critical control parameters; take corrective action when needed</li><li>Perform product testing (Brix, pH, CEM, taste) and accurately document results</li><li>Complete all production logs, charts, and state-required documentation in real time</li><li>Perform CIP (clean-in-place) sanitation on tanks, lines, silos, and equipment</li><li>Maintain sterile processing conditions and conduct required inspection checks</li><li>Follow and support food safety, GMP, allergen, and CCP procedures</li><li>Calculate ingredient percentages and adjust formulations as required</li><li>Ensure FIFO material usage and proper inventory documentation</li><li>Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Keep work area clean, stocked, and compliant with safety standards</li><li>Maintain forklift certification and safely handle materials</li></ul>",
