    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><br></p><p>POSITION SUMMARY</p><p>The Depalletizer and Forklift Operator will be responsible for operating the palletizer and forklift associated with the line they have been assigned to efficiently. Employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with close attention to detail through many changes. The Depalletizer and Forklift Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is based out of our Seabrook, New Jersey location.</p><p>$20.64 - 3rd Shift differential.$.45 cents&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</p><p><br></p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate forklift to stack and retrieve goods, supplies, and materials</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Responsible for maintaining inventory and for production area cleanliness</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Adjust machine settings to complete tasks according to specification, accurately and in a timely fashion</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Know the purpose and follow proper operation of all safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understand and can properly operate all machine controls (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic)</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Monitor pattern forming of the cases on the palletizer</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Clear jams, re-sequence the palletizer, and replace fallen cartons</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Properly change codes in the tagger computer</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Coordinate with the line driver so the correct pallets are available to the pallet dispenser</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Demonstrate proficiency in operating the palletizer</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Understand the HMI (touch screen)</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform &amp; maintain cleaning of assigned area.</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other related duties as required and assigned</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE</p><p><br></p><p>Minimum Required Qualifications&nbsp;</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>A high school diploma or equivalent</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must have some experience in a manufacturing environment operating production equipment</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must be detailed oriented and can multi-task</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Must have excellent time management skills</p><p><br></p><p>Additional Preferred Qualifications</p><p>&bull;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Experience in the food/beverage industry a plus</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS &amp; WORKING CONDITIONS</p><p>This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a production setting.</p><p><br></p><p>FREQUENT: &nbsp;Ability to talk and hear; ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and/or crouch; push/pull; lift up to 50 pounds; use of hands and fingers to operate machinery/equipment and all manual and electronic equipment in the area of responsibility. &nbsp;Exposure to wet and humid conditions and fluctuations in ambient temperature (seasonal).</p><p><br></p><p>OCCASIONAL: &nbsp;Squatting, kneeling, ability to reach above and at shoulder height.
