The instructor will plan, conduct, and oversee training sessions, collaborate on developing and updating training materials, create detailed course outlines, organize practical exercises, and provide mentorship and guidance to attendees. The role also involves implementing effective assessment tools to evaluate trainee programs, staying updated on industry best practices, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 processes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain and update course</li>\n<li>Conduct training and evaluation of classes and</li>\n<li>Coordinate classroom space, training areas, and other logistical needs to support</li>\n<li>Ensure safety of support staff and students during all activities on company</li>\n<li>Maintain control and accountability of all assigned</li>\n<li>Assess student learning and provide ongoing formative feedback for</li>\n<li>Assist in preparation and updating promotional activities for the company when</li>\n<li>Participate in related tours and recruitment events when</li>\n<li>Ability to work in inclement weather includes high heat and extreme cold.</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications:</span></li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of military experience, with emphasis on training and instruction.</li>\n<li>Experience developing training materials and/or curriculum.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal communication and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Proficient in squad level tactics and weapons</li>\n<li>Possess SME level knowledge and ability to teach subjects like military tactics, weapons, on and off-road driving, medical, or other force protection related subjects.</li>\n<li>Must be able to prepare clear, grammatically correct correspondence that adheres to established formatting and local guidelines.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams is required.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid drivers license and undergo a drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Attributes:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be passionate about teaching and mentoring.</li>\n<li>Be committed to increasing the survivability of American Warfighters.</li>\n<li>Be committed to on-going professional development</li>\n<li>Be committed to ethical behavior and personal accountability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Salary package</li>\n<li>Health Benefits</li>\n<li>Matching 401K</li>\n<li>Professional Development opportunities</li>\n</ul>",
