In this role, you will communicate the President and all department leads to ensure business productivity and provide support on all people related programs. The role is also responsible for ensuring that managers and staff are compliant with all employment and labor regulations, maintaining compliance across the organization.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manages the entire employment process including recruitment, onboarding, employee and labor relations, salary administration, workplace safety, immigration support, and HR tech, ensuring efficiency throughout the processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implements and communicates various human resource policies, procedures, and best practices across the Company</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complies with federal, state, and local employment and labor regulations, including DOL, EEOC, OSHA and any other regulatory agencies</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Partners with other department heads to ensure functional alignment of HR programs and initiatives</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Guides management by researching, developing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Establishes career development plans based on employee and manager feedback</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serves as a primary contact to employees to assist in resolving issues, navigate workplace dynamics and drive career growth</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains relationships with HR vendors and other outside contacts and resources</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Guides and advises training initiatives such as leadership development and employee skills training</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR related role</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In- depth knowledge of labor and employment laws, and HR best practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in a manufacturing environment and Fashion/ Jewelry industry a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Superior communication skills, strong analytical skills, flexible and open-minded</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong relationships</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exceptional judgement when making decisions and weighing pros/cons of each decision</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent prioritization, organization, and execution skills</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We are an Equal Opportunity Employer</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p>\n",
