Other duties may be required and assigned.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">More specifically, the employee owner will:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure parts and components are accurate according to specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Jig, assemble, and weld parts and components.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate a wire welder; follow specifications in regards to weld penetrations, appearance, and quantity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operate various hand tools and machinery to meet expectations on quality, including but not limited to lathe, grinder, and torch.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Grind, clean, and/or bevel fit-up of welds where required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use and understand various paperwork (e.g., schedules, prints, technical specifications, etc.).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Request and/or gather raw materials, parts, and components necessary to complete task.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments in the work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform general housekeeping and maintenance within the work area.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regular, consistent attendance.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
