More at www.adl.org.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION :</strong> </p>\n<p>We are seeking a Junior Multimedia Designer to support the creation of compelling visual content across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience who has a strong foundation in graphic design and is also comfortable editing video. The right candidate is creative, detail-oriented and excited to work across static, motion and short-form content in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Primary: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design digital creative assets for paid social media, email, web and other marketing channels</li>\n <li>Create on-brand graphics, layouts and visual content that align with campaign objectives</li>\n <li>Edit short-form videos for social platforms, including resizing, captioning, light motion graphics and basic animations</li>\n <li>Adapt creative for different platform specifications and audience needs</li>\n <li>Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content</li>\n <li>Support the development of visual concepts for campaigns, launches and ongoing brand storytelling</li>\n <li>Organize and manage design files, templates and creative assets</li>\n <li>Incorporate feedback and make revisions in a timely manner while maintaining high design standards</li>\n <li>Stay current on social content trends, platform best practices and emerging creative formats.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>This job description provides a general overview of the role and its key responsibilities. It is not an exhaustive list of all duties, and ADL reserves the right to assign additional tasks as needed. </em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro </li>\n <li>Understanding of typography, layout, color and brand systems </li>\n <li>Experience creating content optimized for video platforms </li>\n <li>Familiarity with After Effects, CapCut or other motion and video editing tools is a plus </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other preferred qualifications: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience designing within established brand guidelines </li>\n <li>Basic motion graphics or animation skills </li>\n <li>Experience with short-form storytelling and social-first creative </li>\n <li>Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Skills: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills </li>\n <li>Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines </li>\n <li>Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and grow. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Experience: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>The ideal candidate has professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design or digital content creation and is able to provide a strong portfolio that showcases their graphic design work and some video or motion content, especially for social media. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, multimedia design, digital media or a related field, or equivalent experience.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Additional hours required as necessary to manage workload </li>\n <li>ADL is a hybrid environment; this role will require 3 days in the office.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>This position has a salary range of $65,000 to $72,000. This salary range is reflective of a position based in (New York, NY).
