    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO:</strong><br>Welcome members into the branch and provide friendly, helpful service that promotes a positive financial well-being. Responsible for meeting established Credit Union and Branch goals for internal and external sales to existing and potential members. Build rapport with members to cross-sell financial products and services that deepen relationships and fosters branch growth while adhering to credit union policy and procedures. Accurately and efficiently process a variety of routine financial inquiries, transactions, and service requests. Secure credit union assets, balance transactions, and complete necessary reports.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL BRING:</strong><br>Availability to work 20-25 hours per week Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:15am &ndash; 5:45pm and every Saturday 8:45am &ndash; 1:15pm at our Rogers branch location; non-exempt.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In addition:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent (or in active pursuit of with a specified end date).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One year of experience interacting with the public or serving customers.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">One year of cash handling experience, preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous sales experience or strong interest in sales, preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Effective communication skills (verbal and non-verbal), interpersonal skills, and active listening skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good decision-making skills and judgement.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform calculations and proficiency in basic math skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to organize and prioritize work and maintain accurate records.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to communicate with a diverse membership and employee population.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A professional and friendly appearance and demeanor.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><strong data-pasted=\"true\">WHO WE ARE:<br></strong></strong>TruStone Financial is a member-owned credit union offering comprehensive, straightforward, and competitive financial solutions designed to support our members&rsquo; financial health.
