This role ensures that all clinical staff are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.</p><p>The Clinical Educator collaborates with executive leadership, clinical operations, and quality teams to support workforce development, promote evidence-based practice, and advance PanCare&rsquo;s mission to provide a comprehensive system of accessible, community-based healthcare services delivered with dignity and respect.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Clinical Education &amp; Training</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs for RNs, LPNs, MAs, and other clinical staff.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Design and deliver ongoing education, skills validation, and competency-based training programs aligned with FQHC/HRSA requirements and evidence-based practices.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Maintain annual training plans and competency assessments for all clinical roles.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Utilize adult learning principles and a variety of teaching methods (in-person, virtual, simulation, and e-learning).&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Patient Safety</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to align education with performance improvement initiatives (e.g., UDS, HEDIS, CQMs).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Identifyclinical knowledge gaps and develop targeted education plans to improve patient outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Participate in root cause analyses, adverse event reviews, and implementation of corrective action plans.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Clinical Practice Support</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Promote evidence-based clinical practices and standardized workflows across all clinical sites.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Support implementation of care models such as Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Provide education on chronic disease management, care coordination, infection control, and medication safety.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Staff Development &amp;
