The only way for a company to meet such a goal is to consistently meet production deadlines and expectations.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Description:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">An EDM operator is needed to operate the sinker/hole popper EDM machines.&nbsp;The night shift is Monday &ndash; Thursday 4:00 pm &ndash; 2:00 am. Must be available to train on 1<sup>st</sup> shift. <strong>This shift pays an additional 20% shift differential.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This is a great entry level position if you are interested in working in the manufacturing industry.</p><p><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Change and set electrodes</li><li>Read micrometers, calipers, indicators, and comparator</li><li>Read blueprints</li><li>Identify visual defects</li><li>Use and check various fixtures</li><li>Identify alarm codes</li><li>Start and stop machine</li><li>Identify and correct machine operational problems</li><li>Know and understand the ISO 9001/AS 9100 and Nadcap procedures and requirements</li><li>Perform daily maintenance using a checklist</li><li>Verify settings for special process approvals</li><li>Communicate any questions and verify completeness and accuracy</li><li>Understand, use and follow work Instructions</li></ul><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma/GED</li><li>Sinker EDM experience; preferred</li><li>Machining experience a plus</li><li>Strong Mechanical aptitude</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously</li><li>Team player</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> <em>Enjet offers a comprehensive benefits package to full-time employees including paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K retirement plan, disability insurance, and more.</em></p><p><em>As an EOE/AA employer, Enjet Aero will not discriminate in its employment practices due to an applicant&#39;s race, color, religious creed, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, veteran status, marital status or physical challenges.</em></p></div></div>\n",
