You will be part of a team known for pushing the boundaries of biotechnology across a wide-ranging problem space.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities<em>:&nbsp;</em></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You&rsquo;ll be supporting projects that develop and exploit new technologies, executing multiple proof-of-concept type projects in quick succession. You will be expected to participate in the development of research efforts capable of securing funding through follow-on proposals to the Government and private funding sources. As part of this process, you will become familiar with (a) multiple technology areas, (b) intellectual property and how to protect it, and (c) the process by which technologies are evaluated for their potential to generate products.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This position is being considered for entry to mid-level applicants. You will need to be able to demonstrate technical ingenuity, intellectual curiosity, and clear communication. You will be a self-starter and able to demonstrate a history of seeking out, identifying, and capitalizing on learning opportunities. In short, nSI is searching for &#39;Macgyvers&#39;.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong>You must have a bachelor&rsquo;s degree at minimum, in a scientific or engineering field such as Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering, or similar. Also, you must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret Security Clearance.
