This role focuses on using data, logistics planning, and route optimization to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize driver productivity across our national network.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and leverages technology to drive smarter decisions. If you enjoy logistics strategy, operational problem-solving, and continuous improvement, we’d love to meet you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This is an on-site opportunity, Hours 7am-3:30pm</em></p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>Logistics & Route Optimization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and continuously improve service and delivery routes using real-time data.</li>\n <li>Optimize routes to reduce drive time, fuel, and labor costs while increasing service capacity.</li>\n <li>Balance workloads and adjust routes based on operational needs (inventory, traffic, staffing, customer priorities).</li>\n <li>Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance performance and profitability.</li>\n <li>Support KPI goals through route and productivity optimization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Systems & Data Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Use VMS, routing software, and reporting tools to monitor performance.</li>\n <li>Analyze route metrics, sales trends, and service data to drive scheduling decisions.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate system data and support forecasting and planning.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot routing/system issues with internal teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Regional Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with branch teams nationwide to address unique logistics and routing challenges.</li>\n <li>Adapt strategies to regional differences while helping standardize best practices.</li>\n <li>Collaborate across Operations, Warehouse, Drivers, and Leadership teams.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Performance & Profitability</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Track KPIs (efficiency, labor, service, profitability) and provide actionable insights.</li>\n <li>Align schedules with customer expectations and service standards.</li>\n <li>Recommend improvements to drive scalability, cost control, and customer satisfaction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication & Continuous Improvement</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clearly communicate route updates and priorities.</li>\n <li>Train teams on routing tools and processes.</li>\n <li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement across workflows and systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
