As one of the fastest-growing private companies in the industry, we are committed to innovation, precision, and excellence in everything we do—from preconstruction through project delivery.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposals</li>\n<li>Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete work</li>\n<li>Apply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project</li>\n<li>Analyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategies<br></li>\n<li>Lead and mentor junior Estimators</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.</li>\n<li>6+ years of estimating experience.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid, BlueBeam, Agtek</li>\n<li>Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project</li>\n<li>Travel to visit project sites as required</li>\n<li>Must have a valid driver's license<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Our Company is committed to being an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for all positions equally without regard to their race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, genetic information, among other things, or any other legally protected status.</em></p>",
