In this role, they are responsible for exemplifying the Sunriver Resort Culture and actively supporting our Vision and Mission to be the destination of choice for our guests, owners, and associates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Benefits</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><em>Paid Time Off</em></li>\n <li><em>401k Matching </em></li>\n <li><em>Medical and Health Benefits</em></li>\n <li><em>Free Golf and Recreation Rentals</em></li>\n <li><em>50% Food & Beverage </em></li>\n <li><em>50% Spa & Gym Membership</em></li>\n <li><em>Complimentary and Discounted Stays across CoralTree Properties</em></li>\n <li><em>Learning and Development Opportunities </em></li>\n <li><em>Supportive Team Culture</em></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Marketing:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans for Sunriver Realty.</li>\n <li>Manage outsourced projects to completion. </li>\n <li>Maintain and organize marketing folders and drives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Social Media:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in development and manage social media campaigns for all platforms (Facebook Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, etc.).</li>\n <li>Monitor social media channels for opportunities to engage with clients, tag images on Instagram, or repost Facebook mentions.</li>\n <li>Gather social media analytics and report to manager. </li>\n <li>Assist brokers with creating and maintaining their business social media pages.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Events:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend SR Realty signature events and provide social media coverage as needed.</li>\n <li>Work collaboratively with the team to provide support for all client/brokerage events. </li>\n <li>Distribute event promotional materials, flyers, and signage on the property and out to the community.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Collateral:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the development and proofreading of all Realty marketing collateral, marketing packages magazine and newspaper ads, etc.</li>\n <li>Distribute collateral on the property and in the community.</li>\n <li>Act as primary liaison with printers to order collateral.</li>\n <li>Evaluate collateral inventory needs and opportunities for cost efficiencies and process streamlining. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Website/E-commerce:   </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage Sunriver Realty and broker websites. Ensure brand standards,SEO performance and product reliability. Clearly communicate with outside vendors to endure proper functioning of all websites.   </li>\n <li>Monitor/review websites and social activity to seek out opportunities to improve client relationships and experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Results tracking:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with compilation of monthly reports including ROI tracking, web metrics, social media engagement, etc.</li>\n <li>Stay up to date on real estate marketing trends and methods. </li>\n <li>Provide marketing training to team and brokers as needed. </li>\n <li>Propose new marketing ideas to manager.</li>\n <li>Ensure all brokerage advertising meets Oregon legal requirements. </li>\n <li>Produce a superb work product in a professional manner in keeping with the standards of the company and the high-quality resort it is developing.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>1-2 years of experience in a marketing-related role; or degree in marketing; or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience;</li>\n <li>Experience real estate marketing highly desired;</li>\n <li>High level of experience with Canva design software;</li>\n <li>Strong proofreading and editing skills;</li>\n <li>High proficiency in social media management (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest);</li>\n <li>Accomplished, demonstrable written and oral communication skills;</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook;</li>\n <li>Possess information and experience working with marketing related consultants;</li>\n <li>Must acknowledge that the position is one of trust and confidence with fiduciary obligations to the company that include, without limitation, (a) a duty of undivided loyalty; (b) an obligation to act in good faith in exercising your job duties; and (c) the obligation not to enjoy personal gain at the expense of the Company.</li>\n</ul>",
