We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Manager with a strong background in Oracle technologies and government contracting to join our dynamic team.</p><p><strong>What we need!</strong></p><p>We need a highly experienced customer-facing technical solutions engineer who will lead and be responsible for <strong>all aspects of service delivery on an enterprise acquisition system for 6000 users across the USDA.</strong> The DevOps Manager will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals, guiding them in the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based solutions that align with client needs and technical specifications.</p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project delivery.</li><li>Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Oracle-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of system upgrades, enhancements, tools, and applications.</li><li>Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.</li><li>Stay up to date with the latest Oracle and supporting technologies and industry trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and technology upgrades.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle applications and databases.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring system documentation is maintained.</li><li>Support the business development team&rsquo;s efforts to retain and win new business.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Proven experience as a DevOps Manager for the Federal Government, or similar role, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies.&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Oracle databases, Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud, and related technologies.</li><li>Experienced Systems Operations and Sustainment manager.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Project management experience, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.</li><li>Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.</li><li>3 years Prior GOVCON experience with UNISON PRISM is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>Proposal and technical writing experience is required.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and delegation skills required.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong>:&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Clearance:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>DC Metro Area &amp;Tampa, FL &ndash; Telework is authorized.&nbsp;</li><li>Periodic onsite client visits&nbsp;</li><li>Periodic visits to headquarters (Tampa)</li></ul><p><strong>Why work with us?
