    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Department:&nbsp;</strong>Manufacturing&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Employment Type:&nbsp;</strong>Full-Time, Non-Exempt&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Locations:&nbsp;</strong>Facility Manufacturing Machines</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong> All Shifts</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> The Machine Operator is responsible for the proper operation of the assigned machine in accordance with established procedures.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and to ensure that outputs conform to specifications&nbsp;</li><li>Examine, inspect, and measure raw materials and finished products to verify conformance to specifications.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.</li><li>Basic math and computer skills may be utilized.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and operator level maintenance instructions and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Will be assigned and perform additional duties as required by the company.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li><li>Three months&rsquo; experience as a machine operator within a manufacturing environment-strongly preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.</li><li>This position works in a manufacturing setting. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters and tape dispensers.&nbsp;</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.&nbsp;</li><li>The employee may be exposed to vibration.&nbsp;</li><li>The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles and/or outside weather conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>The noise level in the work environment may be loud.</li><li>This position may work with hazardous materials where personal protective equipment (PPE) is necessary and specific procedures must be followed to adhere to safety regulations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must be able to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.&nbsp;</li><li>Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance.&nbsp;</li><li>Must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.&nbsp;</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to wear all required PPE while in production area</li><li>Must be able to pass Physical Exam</li><li>Must be able to pass a (PFT) Pulmonary Function Test for respirator wear</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Travel:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>No travel required</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Medical</li><li>Dental&nbsp;</li><li>Vision&nbsp;</li><li>401K&nbsp;with company match</li><li>Company Paid Life Insurance&nbsp;</li><li>Paid time off&nbsp;</li><li>10 Holidays&nbsp;</li></ul><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>&nbsp;</em></p><p><em>Hankook &amp; Company is an equal opportunity employer.
