Description

Summary MS Technology is seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for facility electrical power systems. This role ensures safe, reliable, and compliant electrical systems across the facility while supporting new equipment integration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities Oversee design, installation, and maintenance of facility electrical power systems (480V/240V distribution, switchgear, MCCs, UPS, generators).  Own electrical standards, safety compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E, UL, CE), and documentation.  Partner with Facilities, Manufacturing, and Automation teams on equipment installations and upgrades.  Lead root-cause analysis for electrical failures, downtime events, and equipment reliability issues.  Ensure electrical schematics, wiring diagrams  are maintained and updated.  Manage external contractors, integrators, and vendors as required.  Drive continuous improvement in power reliability, energy efficiency, and electrical safety.  Provide capital project support including scope development, design review, and commissioning.  Serve as Electrical Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.  5+ years of experience in power electronics design and development.  Strong knowledge of electrical standards, safety compliance (NEC, NFPA 70E, UL, CE), and documentation.
